By using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms are here to protect us both and ensure a magical experience. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at lablackunicornshop@gmail.com.
2. Custom Orders: No Returns, No Regrets
Our fursuits and custom products are custom-made, meaning we begin working on your creation as soon as you confirm your order. For this reason:
- No refunds is not possible once production has started.
- We will keep you informed with photos and regular updates.
- If you wish to cancel, you must do so within 7 days following confirmation of your order. After this period, your deposit will not be refunded.
3. Payments: Flexibility and Priority
We offer flexible payment options to make your dream fursuit come true:
1. Full Payment : If you pay for your entire order at once, your project will receive priority. We can begin manufacturing faster, and delivery times will be optimized.
2. Payment in Several Installments :
- For orders of less than 1000€, payment in installments (3x, 4x or 5x) may be refused.
- Payments are staggered every month. If a payment is late, it may be delayed only once.
- Orders paid in installments are not prioritized. The start of manufacturing and delivery times may be delayed depending on our production schedule. In some cases, we will not begin the project until the final payment has been received.
4. Delivery: Follow the Magic
- Shipping Costs : Delivery costs are included in the price of our fursuit commissions and our adopted fursuits.
- Customs Taxes : In some countries, additional customs taxes may apply. These fees are the customer's responsibility. You will receive an email from the carrier with a link to pay these taxes.
- Insurance and Signature : We always insure our fursuits during transport and deliver them against signature. Without proof of signature taken by the carrier, no refund will be possible, and we will not be able to resolve the dispute. It is up to the customer to contact the carrier in the event of a problem.
5. Guarantees: We've got your back
- 3 Month Warranty : We offer a 3-month warranty for any poor workmanship. If there is any problem, contact us, and we will repair your fursuit.
- Exclusions : This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused intentionally.
6. Intellectual Property: Respect the Magic
- Unique Designs : All our designs are original and unique. Once you purchase your fursuit, you have the rights to broadcast and of modification without needing our permission.
- Prohibition of Reproduction : You may not reproduce, sell or distribute our designs without our written consent.
7. Force Majeure: When Life Intervenes
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (pandemics, natural disasters, etc.). We will keep you informed and work together to find a solution.
8. Disputes: Let’s Talk About It
If any issues arise, we will do our best to resolve them amicably. If we are unable to do so, any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in France.
9. Modifications to the Conditions
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
